2. One-time Purchases

One-time purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital assets or features have been accessed, unless there is a technical defect we cannot resolve.

3. Processing Time

Refunds are issued via Paddle. Once approved, the refund will be initiated immediately. It typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to arrive in your account, depending on your bank's processing speed.
