1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Remeslo platform ("Service") at rmslo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Remeslo provides a suite of software tools for freelancers and small businesses, including but not limited to budgeting and financial tracking applications.

3. Merchant of Record & Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

4. User Accounts & Content

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You retain all rights to the data, images, and documents you upload ("User Content"), but you grant Remeslo a worldwide license to host, store, and process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Remeslo for any illegal activities, including the storage of unauthorized financial data or infringing on intellectual property. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Ukraine.
